The KEN Group is ISO and VCA certified
At the KEN group we think it is very important to focus on important issues as: quality, working conditions and the environment (KAM). By maintaining a high quality with the services we provide, we reach the objective that we've agreed on as a service provider.
The company policy is furthermore focussed on safety issues. We aim: to prevent as much personal injury as possible, to give safety education, to promote personal well-being, to prevent material damage and environmental damage. This applies to our own personnel, hired personnel, visitors and everybody else who is involved with our services.
To achieve the above, we have implemented a system to maintain quality. It 's based on NEN-ISO-9001:2000. Our policies concerning the environment and working conditions are based on the guidelines of the "Veiligheids Checklist Aannemers" (VCA-2004/04). At the same time KEN is VRO-certified (vereniging registratie onderaannemers), which has added a few financial "rules" to our company.
A big part of our quality system is to keep improving. We try to achieve that by controlling our processes better. We supply our personnel with the right equipment and we are always open to new developments. Besides that, we try to listen to our customers !
